Unlike conventional scheduling software, Meeting Planner AI does not require user accounts, emails, passwords, credit card numbers, or calendar permissions. Specifically:

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or record names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• No Server-Side Meeting Logs: The participant cities, custom labels, and working hours you choose are processed exclusively in your device's browser memory.
• No Calendar Credential Access: Exporting to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar occurs via standard client-side URLs and .ics file generation. We never connect to or read your private calendar events.

2. How Data is Handled (In-Browser Computation)

All timezone offsets, Daylight Saving Time determinations, and fairness calculations are executed using your browser's native JavaScript Intl.DateTimeFormat API. No algorithmic payloads or location lists are transmitted to any backend database.

3. URL Sharing & State Persistence

When you use the "Share Link" feature, Meeting Planner AI encodes the selected cities, meeting date, and call duration directly into the URL query string (for example: ?cities=London,New York&date=2026-10-24).

This URL allows anyone you send it to to reconstruct the exact same timeline view directly in their browser without requiring a shared server account.

4. Local Storage & Cookies

We do not use advertising, marketing, or tracking cookies. The only information stored on your machine is in localStorage, which stores a single preference key:

• theme: Stores either 'light' or 'dark' to remember your display preference across visits.

5. Third-Party Services & Hosting

Meeting Planner AI is hosted statically on secure global content delivery networks. Standard HTTP request logs (such as IP address, browser user-agent, and requested asset path) may be generated by the edge hosting provider strictly for server security, DDoS defense, and uptime reliability, in accordance with industry best practices.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because we do not store, sell, or process personal data, user profiles, or behavioral analytics, Meeting Planner AI fulfills the stringent privacy-by-design standards of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
